During the wettest October on record Kerrie and Clive managed to score a beautiful spring day for their wedding ceremony and relaxed garden party reception. It dawned a clear bright day with a slight breeze and a top of 23 degrees.

They were looking for a Wedding Ceremony followed by a relaxed garden party vibe celebration. Food under the arbour, lawn games and casual furniture on the lawns either side.

But although they had their hearts set on a long lunch under the Wisteria arbour, with the weather being what it was they put their wet weather plan into action and secured a marquee from Decade Events. The beautiful clear marquee, whilst offering protection, still gave a sense of being in the garden.

With the garden full of beautiful spring blooms Kerri decided a seasonal natural bouquet was what she wanted. She was joined by her friends and family the day before to gather and arrange the bouquets and flowers for the tables. The bright and cheerful blooms of the deciduous azaleas fit perfectly with her dress and certainly said “this is a spring wedding”.

They held their Ceremony in the Wedding Gazebo accompanied by an electric cello and Kerrie’s father officiated.

Then over to the wisteria arbour for a relaxed celebration with their nearest and dearest. Even though they did not need the marquee in the end it gave them a protected sight to put the food and drinks whilst not detracting from that garden party vibe.

Delilah and Co catering brought along thier little van Dehilah and provided a gorgeous spread of food and drinks to create the perfect celebration.

We wish Kerrie and Clive all the best for their future together.
